    Is that going to have the same issues as 6 pot calipers? uneven pad wear etc?

    Is this a tech demonstration or the basis for a car - race or otherwise?

    The brakes look huge but whats special about them.


    Front spoiler looks very illegail.. be good if carmegedon ever happened though

    Isn't that going to have serious disk cooling problems? Less than half the disk is exposed to the air and it doesn't have any cross-drilling

    Heh should stop quick. Dont think it will have cooling problems for road use, simply dont slam on that often, and they can be cross drilled etc for racing.

    thing is, the whole reason to use more pistons is to decrease heat in the first place.. means if the disks still overheat, whats the point??

    I thought the point was to push the pads onto the disks more evenly and therefore increase the pressure on the disks/decrease braking distances

    Its brake rotor diameter that makes the difference, not the number of pots. Give me 4/6 pots and bigger rotors any day
