If you want a silent rig then you may as well go for SilenX fans all round and/or watercooling (i like the look of Swiftech personally).

On cases I would go wih ExceededGogo's recommendation of the Silverstone TJ7 although if you do not mind a bit of modding of the case the TJ6 works well (upside down format though means some MB heat pipe systems will not work, not a problem if you WCool), I have got a 240 radiator and a 120 radiator in it easily, could even take a 360 radiator and a 120 radiator which would easily cool anything you put in it

Try 2 74GB raptors in RAID0 instead of 1 150GB. Or 2 150GB's if you've got the cash.

The rest of the system looks nice. Although there isn't alot of need for quad cores at the moment, unless you are buying a pc for alan wake. I think quad core will shine in that game, and proberly only that game alone for a while as its a pain to program for more cores :/
