Two of the fans in this case can easily be connected to the motherboard. The other two cannot easily be, if at all. (The motherboard is ASUS P5B Deluxe WiFI-AP.)
The two "cannot" fans are the front, intake fan, and the fan that is mounted along on side, and that blows air radially through the back panel.
The front panel intake fan is connected to a front-panel switch with which one can manually regulate the fan speed. The speed of the "radial" fan cannot be regulated with the present hookup. Both fans are connected to one 4-pin molex power connector.
Now, my question is, whether it is possible *and* advisable to try to connect any of these two fans to the motherboard?
In fact, I have only one ASUS Q-fan connectors left (as only three connectors can be used for regulation of the fans). So, the question really becomes: which of the four fans should I regulate automatically?
