    Its out!!

After playing the awesome demo and now reading the amazing reviews its getting - i just had to order it

£29.99 can't go wrong MovieTyme - Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction DVD - Sony PS3

Check out the metacscore on it already

About as close to true perfection as games are gonna get right now.
the characters and game world are among the most visually impressive I've ever seen in a video game. Everything is curved, smooth and beautifully animated, giving the game the look of a CG movie
It is easily the best platforming action in a next-gen game so far

played the demo a couple of days ago and to be honest i had really low expectations - didnt think that this was my type of game at all - but its really really fun!
jaw dropping visuals and subtle humour, it really is like playing in a CG movie.

think i will have to pick this one up!

Barrichello: did you order from MovieTyme? is it really £29.99 delivered even though it looks like a US company?

This is the one game thta makes me want a PS3, isnt enough to justify buying one on its own though. Ive played all the PS2 games to completion and loved every minute.

Yes, it really is £29.99 including delivery. Its a US company but has a registered UK office so is able to export US games/films free of import TAX. I use them allot for PS3 and blu-ray, delivery normally takes 3-7 days.

Also what with the FED cutting interest rates last night and the rising £ (gah it was a busy night yesterday) expect prices to come down some more. Following the last cut new releases were about £32 - now lowered to £30 and may now get even cheaper (beats rip of Britain eh)

Re: Ratchet & Clank Tools of Destruction

I will definitely get this when I get a PS3 but there just aren't enough games I really must play to make me go out and get one yet.

If they hadn't done away with the backwards compatibility I probably would have done by now. There are still a lot of PS2 games I play like GT4 but I'm not faffing about disconecting and reconnecting consoles all the time to go from one to another. (I don't have enough space to have them both under the telly at the same time.)
