Live down for Maintenence on 27th March

Just found out (after getting a message from my 360) that X-BOX Live (as well as X-Box.com) will be down for routine maintenence tomorrow at 00:00 (PDT) for an expected 14 hours (I say expected as it was down for longer than they thought it would be last time)

Here's a Link to the message on Xbox.com

Haven't played live for a while, so I'll survive that one day without it.

could it be its because they are doing a massive live update like the one we received winter last year? like a major update on the dashboard?
