PGR4 demo?

Hey guys,

Apparently this is out tomorrow, has anyone played the demo? Whats it like compared to PGR3?

My TV is away for repair so im using a 14" portable, but this is on my hitlist when I get my TV back

I like it a lot - the handling seems a bit better, the weather effects are pretty cool, especially the standing water! Seems faster too, but maybe that's just because of too much Forza

Haven't tried the bikes yet. The cone challenge seems different, instead of kudos you just have to finish the race in a time limit (penalty for hitting a cone) - I prefer it that way as I sucked at getting the kudos in PGR3

I've pre-ordered it already though, and haven't cancelled it, so its good enough!!

The environment system makes this very different to PGR3. It's a very nice looking game and on the whole quite good, but I can't say I like it enough to want to buy it. Riding a bike is extremely difficult by the way, particularly if you go to first person mode. I would play the demo before buying to be honest with you.

I loved it and tryed to buy it straight after playing the demo from the 24hr tesco. Unfortunately the woman behind the counter wasn't buying the whole "puppy eyes" look and told me I'd have to wait till today to buy it

probably still have sore arses from the spanking Microsoft would have given them over selling halo3 early

I have had the game a few days (import from the states as its region free) its fairly good, I prefer it over Forza 2, as yet though not managed to try it online however if its similar to PGR3 then it should be good.
