Get it on the 25th so Tuesday, littlewoods direct aren't exactly quick with their postage
(DID have the arcade ordered, but the 20gb HDD and component cable was worth the £30 to me)

I know the achievement bug will kick in, just need to get some games for it, going to go borrow a few from uni next Wed so I can play a few first for free

Getting the pro, got an HDMI from ebuyer for 3.55
Got Forza 2, Viva Pinata and a wireless controller all for...99p from Comet (not the one I work at, went in to get the Forza 2 + controller bundle and they gave me the wrong one, only just realised ) so epic bargain there, all brand new aswell!!!

Getting a smackdown 2008 to play with my housemates for 20 quid from play.com

All in all not bad for paying UNDER the cost of the pro retail (20% off the pro from littlewoods direct)

I've also finally got on the 360 bandwagon, after years of deliberation The recent price drops were too tempting. I got the Pro w/ Assasins Creed, Halo 3 and Lost Odyssey bundle from Zavvi for £210. Maybe not the biggest bargain judging by other posts here but still not bad! I also got Forza 2 from Argos for £9.99, although I'm going to pop to my local Currys to see if they are still knocking out cheap Wireless Entertainment packs.

When I get my wifi dongle I'll join in the Live fun with you all.

Good purchase - you'll not regret it, loads of great titles already released and plenty more to come. Don't forget to save some pennies for the Live subscription

True don't be a 360 owner without a subscription to xbox live! I have a few friends who bizzarly havent even had a look at xbox live yet and still running on the first dashboard!

How do I get it? I used an existing XBL account from when I played Halo 2 online when I had it, and it says silver as my current one, is there a code in the box or something?

got some demos off the marketplace, got some free forza extras too which is cool, got a load of free stuff, but 14gb free is a bit small for a 20gb hdd when I took everything off I think....

Where is the cheapest place to get a subscription for xbox live from? on ebay a 13 month one is about £25, anywhere cheaper/more legit to get it from?

Free month when you sign up a new account - can do it up to 3 times iirc.
