    Re: Games you've 1000'd

How the hell are all you guys getting The Shot in CoD4? the last part in One Shot, One Kill is insanely hard, whenever I attempt to pick up Cpt Macmillan, I'm dead before I'm even in carrying mode

    As for my ks:

Halo 3 (in 3 weeks, easy)
almost BioShock (920points, 47/50 achievemets, within 3 days! easy easy game )
almost CoD4, see above for why only almost

I might have to go back to GTA4, only played it for a brief while thus far, about 90 points or so :S

And that's all my games 'cept Guitar Hero 3, which I'm NEVER going to 1k because it's just so insanely bloody difficult

Also, dude who mentioned Eternal Sonata, is it really that good? I've seen a couple reviews that said it was a bit droll for an RPG.

    Re: Games you've 1000'd

Cod4 is pretty easy, the only bit that i slightly struggled with is the mile high club achievement.

    JK:

    |I'm not sure which section your on about that your finding hard JK, but if its the very end near the big wheel a really easy way to do it is stand in the dogems bit, you should see a bit you can use for cover where 2 dogem cars are next to eachother. once your behind that its pretty easy to do

Well, when the choppers come in to drop off yet more enemies, I run over to the wall on the left, grenade the cars just in case, snipe 2 heli's worth of drop-ins, AK the 4th set, then just spam with the 'K until Big Bird arrives. Works 9/10 times, occasionally I'll be back attacked. When BB sets down, i strafe over to Macmillan, and get killed while picking him up because the AI in BB are a fat load of uselessness.

Also, the Mile High Club, is it always 1min on Veteran, or is the time related to campaign progress? I can't even get to the stairs half the time without dying or running out of time...

The second sniper mission is one of the hardest, just keep trying and it'll come.
    As for mile high club,
    USE FLASHBANGS
They are probably the most useful tool on that mission, there's a video on youtube of someone doing it on veteran with just knives and flashbangs
Also, don't try and kill all the enemies or you'll just run out of time, and wait for your squad to catch up with you on the stairs or you will be munched in the next bit

Edit: Have you completed "No fighting in the war room" on veteran yet, that mission is a royal pain in the backside. I just need to do that one and I've 1000'd the game.

I've done that one on veteran, it is indeed a major pain, can't get mile high club though I'm about three seconds off every time

zeick: is eternal sonata any good? thinking about getting it, not sure yet if it's worth, some friends say it's good, whilst a few reviews say it's too linear and quite empty for an RPG

    Re: Games you've 1000'd

It is quite a good game but its very repetitive,Also you have to playthrough twice to finish it properly and get all the achievements,It took me about 40 hours to finish both playthroughs

go outside and look for a slug

eternal sonata is a little bit slower paced than that

Quite a few. Easiest was King Kong and the most enjoyable were NFS Most Wanted and Bioshock. I love me points!
