Bad luck mate
I got it too after 10 mins play - must have been overdue, though I don't use my 360 that much. I just popped the mobo in the oven again, played a couple hours on it last night. The fans are noisy now though!
I did that but it died again soon after.
Ach, we'll see what happens. I'll cope if it dies finally. It's been through a lot. I'd advise doing to x-clamps replacement too, if you've not already.
mine died too last night. well after the rrod i left it off for 5mins and booted up again no problem till 2min later it froze in gta4
Is it only the older versions of the Xbox 360 that has these problems?
Few freezes in between missions. Refunds all round I reckon, but let us keep the game anyway.

my new one is fine SiM, HDMI version, plays it fine
few very minor bugs spotted so far, but it really is something playtesting wouldnt find out (like running over x fire hydrants before going on a date for a mission)
Am I the only one to never have had a problem with my 360?

When my Elite RRODed I turned it up on its end, and it came back to life and I'd not had so much as a freeze since. So if you had it flat, stand it up... long shot but who knows?
tried that, no joy. MS realy made a peice of crap called 360 realy. i might just stick to pc gaming. at least that dont RROD LOL!!!! And games dont freeze on pc's if you know what your doing.
endless reasons why pc's are far superior then consoles and this rrod practicly hard stamped that
