I easily spent 100+ hours on the ps2 version of Resident Evil 4 (I didn't have a GC). I then spent the same again on the Wii version Awesome game.
I have played this demo of RE5 for an unhealthy amount of time too. Its looking quite bedraggled now of course, but it is such a great game
i have enjoyed playing the demo
I found the control a bit hard to get used to but the graphics were good. I may give it another go soon with co-op.
I think Resi 4 was the best third-party game on the Gamecube, loved it! I suspect that once you get used to the controls etc. and have a proper story line to get into with the full version Resi 5 will live up to the expectations.

I found the demo quite irritating, didnt really mind the controls but there really didnt seem to be enough ammo to go around. Constantly the AI controlled partner would die on the first level when you split up, must have given her all the ammo I could afford to! Also the co op mode doesnt allow you to invite a friend? Just auto joins you with a random?
thats cus its the demo...

I was really dissapointed with the demo. Resi Evil is starting to feel dated to me.
This demo was a big let down for me. I think the GFX look dated and the controls were very "clunky". That being sad i'll probably still buy the sucka.
