yes you can, just choose body count in game types and that's all you'll play.

Am not really enjoying the sp but I think the mp is really fun
I'm having fun with SP at the moment, I'm at the last boss now so when I (eventually) nail him to the wall I'll venture online.
I have to admit I soldered on with the SP and have just finished it. Its not bad if I'm honest, I still can't aim properly but I'm not sure if I'm rubbish or the controls are a naff. I will venture onto MP again but I've gone back to COD 4, which I'm now rubbish at.
I loved the single player campaign. Im not a fan of the multiplayer at the moment though. Defeating the bodyguards was tough I did manage it in less than 20 minutes to get the trophy though.
Bought the game hoping it would be the next big MP, seems to be a let down so far, I'm not he best and am lucky to last a few minutes at a time. SP looks awesome and apart from a few niggles with controls etc it plays brilliantly too, fairly easy, the game helps you along nicely, and i'll be done with it and it'll go in the cupboard after that I think, which makes me wish I'd just stuck with COD and kept my money for socom.
I really want to like this game but the controls just suck.
I like this game, just done the first section so far and landed in the town square and middle of a warzone. The enemy soldiers do take some ammo to take them down but there is plenty about not to be worrying about running out.
I have found it quite punishing though at times. Like they throw a grenade near you and you try to get out the way but don't suceed and then the pop out and get a perfect shot and kill you. It can be quite tactical though at times. You have to make use of the cover at every opportunity, go rushing in and you have no chance at all.
I also don't mind the single player part, I can get over the controls being slow and unresponsive, in multiplayer I just can't do it.
i just cannot play almost any fps game online on a control pad. i just dont enjoy it at all. cod4 was a mess online and the controls for that game were easier then kz2. i dont wanna be fighting with teh controls in online play!
Well I'm enjoying online. It's a bit of a fragfest which is to be expected I guess, but I'm more used to tactical shooters rather than spray and pray. It seems very much 'shoot someone then don't have enough health left to do anything else useful'. No-one wants to squad up and even then when squaded up everyone still acts independently...
I'm hoping it's more to do with the fact I'm still at the low ranks, so squad play will improve as I rank up.
I think with KZ2 its still relatively new game. So as more and more people start playing online it will start to gel better with squads etc
well because you dont browse other forums or meet new people in games online. i successfully run a be a pro club team in FIFA 09 with over 30 members in it.
I also know another clan with 60 active members over at avf who play killzone 2 daily with clan rival matches and squad etc. you have got to "open" your horizon and search for one. There are PLENTY of well organised clans that play for fun.
It seems you guys just play with random. what do you expect? i dont know of a single game where playing with randoms guarantee's you team play.
