GfW Live Gold Trial question

I got a month free trial with GOW for GfW Live Gold but the cannot get the game working so is the trial useless to me then or can I still use it with any GfW title?

There isn't a GFW Live gold anymore, it's just games for windows live, which is free.

As said, the subscription for PC games was dropped because no one without a 360 would buy a gold licence.

You can still use the 1 month gold for 360 multiplayer if you have the console but if not its pretty useless.
