£150 worth of Game Vouchers... What would you recommend game wise?

Well this is great, got a load of game vouchers, tried three local game stores within 20 miles and not one of them know if they are getting the batman collectors edition or the MW2 hardened edition so can't pre-order them in store lol Anyone know of any game stores that are doing the collectors editions of the batman and MW2 in the North East?

Forgot to ask, does anyone work in Game or work in a Game in the North east. If so could I ask for a few product numbers so I can go into a local Game store and give them an order number for these special editions. It seems strange the way the website has them and all the stores I have called state they won't know if they can order them till release day.

You could use the click and collect service, but that would mean that you would not be able to get the game on release day. I think it takes 2 days before the item is available to be picked up.

Seems odd to me that the store won't order them in for you. I know my local game is taking pre-orders of the hardened edtion of MW2, not sure about Batman though.

I will head to one of the bigger stores on Tuesday and have a look there. The other problem is the site seems to want a credit card but I will be paying on vouchers etc. Will give it another go..... just looking now I see no pickup and collect option on the purchase pages and its wanting a credit card, how do I use the store pickup so I can use these vouchers etc dude?

The click and collect service does not seem to be only available for pre-ordering stuff. And then maybe not even for games. I have only used it once, when I bought my new headset and my local store does not stock them. I ordered it on the net and picked it up from the store 2 days later.

Looking on the site, there is no option to use the C&C service on any of the games I have just checked.

It's really stupid if you can't use the vouchers online.

I think I am going to print out the pre-orders from the website and take them in store with me. Think i will just order normal versions and then get the hardened MW2. Tbh do I really need a 14" batarang

I suppose but if I get the normal version of batman I could then get wolfenstein, assassins creed 2 and mw2 hardened edition with only splashing £20 out me own pocket with the vouchers

The vouchers have around a year on them I think or it could be 2 years from purchase. Not sure. I would hazard a guess most were bought early July so either 11 months or 23 months left on them, not got one at hand to check it.
