360 Slim 250gb keeps turning on by itself.

I just started having a problem with this today. 250gb thats almost a year old. I turn it off it turns back on. It even says there is a controller connected but there isn't. Then I connect my controller and it appears as controller 2. Only way to turn it off is by unplugging it.

#2. Should I call the Ghostbusters?
#3. Anyway to fix it without trying to fix it myself? (like opening the xbox)
#4. If it has something to do with the update... FU Microsoft
