    Authenticate Film Cells

How does one get film cells authenticated. I just got some film cells from the movie "Cold Mountain" and want to try and sell them. Any info, help, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

A good start would be to get in contact with someone who had something to do with the film.

do you mean these? they aren't really that rare. they just cut parts of the reals from old cinema reals. so a movie will have loads of prints made for worldwide release, and when the cinema is finished with them they can cut them up and sell the cells

cold mountain has a decent imdb rating but a pretty forgettable movie so unless you find a big jude law fan you probably won't get much for it. the "official" nature in an item like this isn't particularly important really

Get to know any cinema projectionist and he will cut frames out for you, although it is frowned on....

Value ? Really sorry - not a lot TBH

I used to be a projectionist before anyone says anything
    Cheers, David
