    Wifi Media Adapters

    looking for a wifi media adapter so i can stream divx/xvid videos and music to our tv in the living room, whats the best adapter to meet my needs, a quick google didnt result with much - hence the question.

    Linksys make one i'm pretty sure. Saw it ages ago i wonder if they still make them.......... http://www.linksys.com/products/prod...id=36&prid=554 They do.

    ive owned that, bought it from pc world for a tenner ages ago, doesnt stream avi's tho... never used it when i owned it cos it was so poor.

    There are some new ones around, like the Sonos and teh Creative one.

    I heard some rumours that some of them can be modded to use AVI.

    Or, just use a wireless tv/audio sender, pick em up from maplins.

    might be better to get a wired box (quite a few do them) then get a wireless 'game adapter' (access point) to make it wireless

    Nad Netcap will do it but I'm not sure of it's availability.

    Roku photobridge does images and movies but not sure if it supports DivX.
