i've been looking for a cheap n cheerful tripod today for my shot, saw a couple on ebay but worried it wouldnt arrive in time :/.

The city council have ruined my plans for what i wanted to do for mine, so i'll have to think of something else *sigh*

if you only need lightweight support jessops do some reasonable looking sort of things or get one of those mini tripods...I've got one of those slinky type ones (and a big one for the other camera)

I picked up a decent lightweight Velbon for about £20 recently which is excellent for what I needed (a very cheap lightweight tripod). Normally I wouldn't recomend the brand, 'cause they're really cheap and plastic and break pretty easily if you're not careful, but they do the job as long as you know what you're getting....

better to take one for it i think mate, as the point of this is really to help us all learn by getting out and doing photography.

i'm struggling to find the time too this week, but hopefully i can get one on the weekend.

you need to take the photo in the week of the challenge, thems be the rules.

I'm hoping to get one or 2 taken today as, so far, it's a nice day so hopefully the rain will hold off till I can get it done!
