    Photography courses

was reading Amature Photographer the other day and saw an advert for a self study photography course. Iæve actually seen it before in the magazine, but never payed attension to it, for some reason i did this time.

It looks interesting. £250 for the course and you get a load of extras as well, including the option to buy Photoshop CS2 for £200. That makes the bundle cheaper than the full Photoshop on it's own.

    Any thoughts on this?

    well

my local collage does a photography course - 2 hours every tuesday for a year - except holidays etc. it costs £80 a term - so £240 per year - i recon you'd get more out of it than a self-study course as the feedback and help is key.. i signed up, start in a few weeks..

not much use if you travel alot though :|

iæve thought about the local college as well, keep meaning to go in and see what they offer. However my travel times are unpredictable, i never usually know from one week to another if i will be at home or not.

Another thing is that the course and Photoshop CS2 is less than the retail price of CS2
