From almost everything I've read it seems the 3570K is the better deal. Hyperthreading simply doesn't matter for the vast majority of uses - aside from massively processor intensive things such as video rendering. Even then it'll only make a smallish difference and if it's the kind of thing where you set it running and leave it overnight then who cares if it takes a bit longer? In some instances hyperthreading has even been shown to slow down game performance!
