ZX Spectrum - Your memories

Ultimate Play the Game - I know they're common knowledge, but how good were they!! I could talk for hours about them.

I know they became a bit stale with all this "Filmation" stuff - Gun Fright etc, but they really did push the boundaries of our crappy 48K. Years on they were still doing the busines with Goldeneye N64.

Interestingly, Ultimate were based in Ashby De La Zouch, which is the also the home town of Rik Astley!! Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...........

Another memory was getting my name in Popular Computing Weekly's Tony Bridge Adventure column..for completing The Hobbit on the Speccy.

Don't expect to sell them on there straight away on only a few posts though. You might get some advice on what they're worth though. I'm not really a speccy expert, but taking a look at completed auctions for "zx spectrum lot" on ebay brought up this one with the computer included.

So not a massive amount, and unless there's any really rare ones in there, certainly not worth splitting.
