cheers Big Al, maybe ill leave it for now then until someone can figure out how to fix that prob
I have the exact same problem, but with a Logitech Wingman RumblePad! Used to work perfectly for aaages, and then clever old me decided to install the new Logitech gamepad software, now the pad goes haywire, but only in NFSU?! I uninstalled the software and reinstalled NFSU 3 times but it still happens.
Cheers,
Suman
[edit] Tried Lead Head's fix but I dont have that registry entry
sumang007 - this only works when using the PS2 pad adapter from play.com...
You only delete the AXES folder not the whole directory.
If you have Win2k, just do some hunting around in both the said folders and you should come across the relevant Axes folder to delete
The reason your doing a full left / right turn is because you deleted the whole directory, not the Axes folder...
Hope I've helped...
Ill try this out when I get home, good thing I didnt go and delete the whole folder.
Big Al - Did you make a backup of the entry's?
Did this work guys?
nope, no worky. It doesnt go mad at the beggining anymore, but once you press a key on the joyapd it constantly goes down in the menu's i thought there was a fix for a while. Nice try tho Lead Head, thanks
