    I think it will be the wireless aspect that is causing the lag, dunno if there is any wireless setup that will not lag to some degree( am open to correction but not conversion on this), only with wires for me.

    My mx700 has unnoticable lag, and on my FUNC mousemat it is unbeatable

    You say unnoticable lag...hmmm does that mean it lags or it doesn't?
