I prefered crysis 1 tbh but hey everyone has their opinions. Looks like mine is the least convincing and crysis 2 smacks it

OT, I know, but it was called parallax occlusion mappaing, and you can have a looky here in about the 5th post. But as said before, not really a tess thing, but more a mapping thing.
The new app profiles 11.3 v5 or similar have fixed the flickering BTW. But just can't get into it as a game somehow. I keep going back to BC2.
Society's to blame,
Or possibly Atari.
Played the multiplayer last night, was decent, lots of action. Singleplayer was ok I guess, i still prefered the 1st Crysis. I dont think i got my moneys worth from this game really...
Finally the flickering is gone . Brink next i think.
Thats explains it then. My humble rig uses a single Radeon 6870 which is fine at running Crysis 2 maxed out @ 1080p .... I don't bother with expensive multi-GPU setups these days as it's not long before a cheaper single card gets released that can beat previous gen SLI/Xfire setups (and consume less power at the same time). And then there's micro stutter and compatibilty issues with some games... Not worth all the hassle (or money) in my opinion.
First Crysis was so much better. This one felt like it was trying really hard to be CoD with a nano suit
Cleavage is like the sun...Quick glances.
I've played multiplayer a few times this last fortnight...only trouble is when i go back the next time I'm back to level 1!
(I've been playing on ranked and other servers so it's not that). Might try another reinstall.
A bug, or any ideas?
Cheers.

Thanks, but it's the normal version. Reading on google it seems a few people have the same problem.
Will try your suggestion regarding servers later when i try playing again.
Cheers.
I saw Crysis 2 for 19.99 in Gamestation today. Bargain! Need to upgrade my computer to get the most out of it tho.
MY stats are still reverting back to level 1 each time i return to play it..weird...it's putting me off multiplayer so i'll stick to finishing single player until another patch comes out.
I got stuck at level 6 for ages and my XP was not budging! Now i've very slowly managed to get to level 8 (i have the limited edition of the game if that makes any difference?)... The main thing that puts me off multiplayer are the crap servers and lack of players, sometimes i wish i'd bought the Xbox 360 version as there seems to be loads more players online, most of the PC matches are empty!
