Exclamation Addicted to CoD! ...anyone else?

I can't keep away from the multiplayer on Call of Duty! It's great!
Any other CoD addicts out there?

used to be, after about 2 months solid on it and being able to take a server with a carbine, 27 kills one death, it kinda gets boring. Im yet to try the new expension though, looks good but i'd get bored of it again i reckon

Hvae looked at this a couple of times, as I am a DoD player. Has anybody tried them both? I dont like anything 2 hectic (UT style), as I tend to b a sneaky sniper / get behind the enemy type player, do you think I would like it?

There are plenty of sniping opportunities in CoD UO, just don't take my hidey hole under that bush on the hill

Multiplayer can be a tad quick for sniping but if you're up to the challenge it is a good game.

    Screenshot 2

I will post some sniping shots later, btw these screenies are from single player

CoD is the original (no tanks etc) United Offensive is the exp pack (tanks, jeeps etc)

EDIT: Personally I prefer UO, nothing like rattling around in a T34 or Panzer MkIV or Elephant

Edit: My error the first CoD is not Allied Assault got mixed up with MOHAA

I didn't like the UO multiplayer that much, I found that the tanks kind of took over the game in some cases but the new weapons are cool.

Got addicted to the first one, then stopped playing it halfway through. Picked it back up about 2 month later ad finally finished it. Thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish (I usually do this with my games, like a bit of variety, still havnt clocked HL2 !)

Bought UO a few days after release and have played it for about 10 mins and noticed that its alot harder than the first part ! Wil get back into it no doubt and get addicted again !

At the min though playing through Doom 3 again as my decent graphics card given up the ghost about 2 thirds of the way through the game and I finished it on a 5700 LE card, so wanting to see it again now that I have my other card back, also getting back into it with the expansion coming out soon.

UO is far from my cup of tea and is almost completely different from the original.. too many things about it I don't like and take a lot of skill out of the game.

Vanilla CoD I used to play seriously against top Euro teams, I did this for version 1.1, but 1.2 and 1.3 ruined the game, so I stopped playing. 1.4 was so-so, I came back for this, and 1.5 better, but it is just not what it was and I found myself just getting annoyed and not enjoying it like I used to.

A lack of sponsorship and the same morale in my team meant we departed and I hung up my guns on CoD for good.
