eh? looks real enough to me. That not to say a 3d image has not been pasted with it.
It might have started as a photo of a real hand. But the colours aren't right, there's no real texture to the skin, and the way it's holding the box looks totally unnatural to my eyes.
Either the hand photo has been overprocessed to make it fit in with the CGI, or the hand is computer modelled. Hard to say which.
But one thing's for sure. The image as a whole is not real.
