I can see both points of the arguement - but as long as its not reporting video's, filenames etc to MS then hopefully theres not much to worry about.

Xfire does the same thing for PC games and people can see what I've been playing, for how long and more stuff like that

Settings can be 'Everyone', 'Friends Only', and 'Blocked'.
