Yes it is crackable, and as for how long - that depends on how much network traffic there is. It's doable with certain tools (which i obviously won't name, even though they are legal) that can 'sniff out' 'intelligent packets' which are transferred accross the network. Basically the more of these that you have, the closer you get to getting the key. Don't ask me how it all works but the basis is that if there is alot of network traffic you can get a WEP key in a few hours or so, but it can take longer, and WPA-E can take weeks or months unless its a huge network with lots of traffic that doesnt reset the key every few hours
I couldn't do it to my wlan but its only a small one and so theres not really enough happening on it, but i'm sure a bigber corporation would have more happening Watch an episode of 'the broken' (google it) for more info on a similar, less advanced tool that they use to break into a wlan...plus its a funny show
