What exactly is this game about? Is it one o those nerdy rpg types and is it multiplayer?

So in answer, yes, it's a nerdy type RPG... but I wouldn't say it's exclusively for nerds... bonehead jocks are enjoying it too!

Thats not possible, brandx you need a key. I was a bit peeved last night, i had completed the mages guild quests so i owned/had access to the arch mages quarters so i left all the stuff i didn't want to carry around, including a full set of ebony mail. i came back to it last night and it had all goneso i had to track back through my saves to find it again, so i lost a lot of the progress i had made in the thieves guild
Still don't know what happened to it.
Didn't they say - if you don't own the box - don't leave stuff in there.

I believe you can use a certain box at your own guild houses.

Do you get the "fatal error" when closing the game down in oblivion.exe ?
It's nothing major, the game runs fine...I'm just sick of it reporting to Microsoft how often I'm playing this game
It's a common problem on XP as well. If we bug MS about it they'll probably jump on take2 and we'll get a patch sooner rather than laterAnyone else running this on media centre ?

I find it's reduced if I exit straight from game rather than from the main menu.

Awwww I wanted to go haul ass in there aswell. I got meself a full set of dwarven armor and dwarven claymore..... Phhhwwooarrrr
Right can anyone help me on this one? Next to capital city there's a small island in the water. But I cannot for the life of me climb up the rocks etc to get inside, yet I know people are up there I can hear them talking. Now......
The other day I was rummaging around on the shore opposite to Capital city but in line with the island. There was noone down there just some mages books and a few retorts etc. Now out of this cave was a little pathway to a door which is locked but i need a blumming key argghhh!! This is the door to the island it seems
don't get me wrong but i'm not quite familiar with the oblivion, is it a game? can i play it on my dsMy copy of Oblivion just arrived!! I've only got 2 hours of college today so I'll post screenies here later
no its not really something you could play on the ds too many buttons are needed they could possible make a little cut down version but the ds has zelda for that sort of thing does it not ?
How do you sell items in this game?
