bleek, I hear what your saying, but I usually dont like racing games much but I think this one is special, the mods arent all thats different, for instance there is the drift and circuit modes not to mention the on-line gaming cross platforms will be great. I really like this game, best racing game i have played since burnout.

Obviously I cant comment on the X-box version but I dont havea problem with framerates on my rig, if the framerate slows at all on a console id say thats bad, the game should be designed to run full tilt all the time even if that means sacraficing graphics (thats why imo PC`s will allways be better, u can lower the gfx options until your next upgrade )

The xbox version doesn't support live/multiplayer which is right crapper, a silly move if you ask me it would have made the game sooooo much better.

The framerate issue is pretty bad, most people I have spoken to agree and I've tested the game two xbox's just to see if it was mine and it isn't, its normal. The game should have been optimised for xbox not just ported across as a limping dog.

hey anyone got the play.com ps2 to pc adapter working with this game? it seems to mess up the menus for me, just scrolling down etc :|

excellent game tho, u dont notice the hours fly by, which is quite bad atm as i got loads of coursework to do,

my top drag = 33000, hit into a wall at the end of it tho :|

Yeh, how'd you fix the permanent scrolling action in NFS with the Dual PS2 converter from Play.com?

no idea Its playable with my gamecube pad converter but if you hold down accelerate too long it gets stuck...

I think it simply dosnt support analogue pads.
