Problem installing Final Fantasy XI Online on Xbox 360

My brother got this game the other day, just downloaded PlayOnline and all the other rubish you have to update and install on the console - however, when it is installing the game to the harddrive, when there is approx 42 minutes remaining it stays on that, and a little bit after it brings an error message up basically saying the installation failed and is going to cancel (no error code or anything).

Any ideas of what the problem could be?

PS: I've tried formatting the harddrive, cleaning the disc, etc.
