I think it's quiet because the Internet is wearing out. I have a problem locally with network traffic and the engineer says that the router is too old. Too old? So what? it's wrinkles slow it down?

We've had all of our "New Media" streams locked down for some reason... people dont ask us before they do it... as we use a lot of it for research.
