How to complain

ok wasnt sure where to post this.

im sure many of u know about the download festival at donnington park. well to put a long story short my leg got busted and i was left outside the front entrance for 3 hours and no one would help me because they thought i was trying to get a lift to the entrance because i couldn't be bothered to walk. i want to put in a formal complaint but i have no idea where to start. do i go thru download or donnington park or the security companies working or what ?

I would start with the festival organisers

You were left outside the entrance for 3 hours , because no-one would help you get a lift to the entrance ??? that doesn't make sense . If you did 'bust' your leg , how and where did you do it and why didnt you call an ambulance ? I doubt that without some form of hospital treatment at the time , you are going to get very far . I mean you could have injured yourself anywhere as far as they know and with no record to prove it.

ok im guessing u have not been to download before basically the parking is about 1 mile + from the entrance. and we did call an ambulance they brought a st johns ambulance and they said that nothing was wrong with me even tho i was in pain and they just left me there. turned out i have pulled the tendon in the front of my ankle.

well youll probably need some kind of mediacal document to prove it,

and also they festival probably covered themselves in thier T&C saying they hold no responsibility for injury..

So, when St John's ambulance pronounced you fit to walk, you went to A&E at the nearest hospital and were told you had serious leg injuries?

What were the injuries?

Why would you complain to download because you got injured outside of the grounds? I thought car parks were a separate entity in festivals like this?

As others said, you'll need medical proof.

Did you actually end up going to the festival? And stayed the duration?
