Looks, fine, but you need to check your HTML validity. Mostly, it's just ALT tags missing, but still worth a look (i just copied the source into the W3 validator). The other errors (on a closer look) are just where you've added spaces where you shouldn't like " 23" should be "23".

    - Disk space in MB? maybe you should change to GB, unless i'm missing something
    - Coupla spelling/grammar errors on the hosting plans page (MIME Editior, These Our Our Hosting Plans)
    - Few spelling errors on the About Us page (just paste it into Word and you can sort em)

You need to do something about the price in the two boxes on the front page. They are in Times New Roman and look terrible.

The front page is quite nice design wise, but the other pages are really plain.

plesently surprised, look is very nice layout usable, solid professional look.

My only critisism is looks like a lot of other hosting sites out there, almost to the degree that you've used someone elses site at as a template (not implying you have actually done that).

One other thing to consider is that if this hosting is something your actually considering doing, make sure you are VERY strong with understanding whats required of setting up and maintaining hosting, more so if your bosting 99.7 uptime which actually isn't that great. Make sure you know how to provide that - and not only provide it provide it securly, be aware of forward planning on capacity and performance.

on the whole the a really pleasent surprise on the look

One thing i'm not quite sure of is the fact that the login you are using is an IIS setup?, yet you don't offer IIS hosting?.

0.3% downtime in a year is actually 26.28 hours if my maths are right. Ikonia is right, that isn't that high these days.

good advice from tig and yes funkstar your right, over a days unplanned down time does not sound great for a hosting package.

Again, no probs here - just agreeing with ikonia about the somewhat generic look.

Otherwise, nice and professional-looking, displays fine.

I'm agreeing with the others, it's a bit generic and busy, there's a lot going on... I'd slim down the colours used, I can see about 10 different colours there at least.

The other thing (which is a bugbear of mine) is that you seem to have saved the "partners" as a JPEG, it's got the wrong kinda compression for a graphic like that, so will look fuzzy... I'd covert it to a .gif if it was me... (and again for the logo)

Agreed. I hadn't noticed the jpg/gif mixup. But what doesn't help in this instance is that the actual height of the graphic is 44px, yet is specified as 47px in the code this gives you the weird shimmers round 'php' and through SQLServer.

The general layout needs a bit of tweaking, things need to be lined up properly, other elements could be made larger or just moved to fill empty space and there's a few inconsistencies.

I just spent about 5 minutes in Photoshop playing around with how things could look. It's only meant to show you what to change, so it's rough.

    - Testimonials box dropped 1 px (doesn't line up with the "Welcome..." box and extended to fill the empty space underneath. You could fit another quote in there easy.
    - Google Checkout and Paypal logos moved up into the empty space so partners.jpg and the footer can move into the empty space above it.
    - Order Now and More Info on the bottom hosting plans box dropped slightly so it's the same as the box above it
    - Tiny change, but the "Welcome to QSHostingUK.com!" title moved to the left a little so there's equal space on either side of it. Before it was only a couple of pixels away from touching the right border.

The other changes I'd make that I haven't put on the image would be to ditch the red and the lime green colours. Red doesn't look good against blue imo and just doesn't work on this site. The lime green looks thrown in because it's different from the rest. Maybe think about changing the lilac on top to a blue to fit in with the rest too. That "Call Us Now" would make more sense as "Contact Us Now," considering it takes you to the contact page with email addresses and a contact form on. The entire box should be clickable not just the Click Here bit. Same goes for the box on the left of it.

As mentioned above, get rid of the TNR font. You could also do with adding a few more words to those Hosting Plan boxes. "4 MYSQL" 4 MYSQL what? Databases? Servers? It's only an extra word.

Are the subpages finished? Because they seem a bit lazily done, almost an after thought. The hosting plans table could do with a bit of tidying up, it seems awfully Frontpage. Make the borders one solid line, alternating row colours to help the reader follow across the page. Where's that maroon come from? And why have you put the text over it in grey?

    A few things:

    1. I don't think there should be an apostrophe in FAQ's, it should surely be FAQs?
    2. Maybe its just me, but the first thing I read was "QS Web Hosting provides 99.7% uptime rate" and I couldn't help but think "why isn't it 100%"? I think you should say something like "QS Web Hosting provides exceptional uptime" or even just not mention it at all.
    3. "We normally answer your emails within 1 hour maximum 24 hours". Maybe its the lack of punctuation but something about this screams "amateur" to me.
    4. "If you cannot find a package to meet your needs contact us for your own personalised plan and quote. If you are new we will help you get started even get your website uploaded or setup your forums at no charge! Our aim is full customer satisfaction" . This paragraph needs better punctuation or reworded. For instance, you are missing a full stop at the end! It may only be a little thing but its the little things that set you out as being a "proper" pro!

Still, looks good---I'm nitpicking really :-)
