Another Rant : Gamestation This Time!

Ok guys dont get me wrong, im not a moaner but lately ive had quite a bit to complain about.

So my new rant is to do with Gamestation. Last thursday i put in an order for a Playstation 3 With A Free Copy Of X-Men-The Last Stand Blu-Ray. On Monday I look at my status of order because i havent had any contact from them since i placed my order.

My order still shows as processing even though it should have been dispatched by this stage. So i ring them up and get through relatively quick which is good. The guy asks for all my details and then he apologises to me saying that they had just forgot about my order. I was like OK thats a bit weird as you's didnt forget to take the £400. But he then said he would have it to me by Wednesday. I was a bit peed but thanked him for his help anyway.

I get home from work today to find an envelope. I open the envelope to find a Blu-Ray copy Of X-Men-The Last Stand. Yet there is No Playstation 3 in sight. So away i go on the phone today again. I get through quick again only for a woman to tell me they are out of stock!!!

Needless to say i let lose, explaining about the phone call on Monday. The woman plays dumb and talks ****e for a while saying that i will have it for Friday etc but to ring up tomorrow to check etc. Needless to say i hung up before my mouth got the better of me.

I could be ranting for no reason in other peoples opinion but in my mind this service is complete and utter ****e. I will never use them again as i dont like being lied to. If i ring up tomorrow and they dont have them back in stock i will cancel my order and pay someone who can actually do what their paid to do.

of course there in stock, they have probably made furniture out of the boxes and dont want to have to remove one of the arms on the PSofa or something

Never shop at Pixmania for the same reason. Took 2 and a half weeks to send my stuff and it's impossible to talk to a human on the phone. They gave me a free VIPix card as an "apology."

I now forward all my junk mail to them.

I wouldn't like that.

The way I see it companys have 2 chances:

1) You pay, they send.

2) You pay, they mess up, you promt them, they send ( hopefully with a 10% off for next order or something to sweeten the deal! ).

If the loop gets any longer then I can get annoyed very, very quickly and many companys have lost my custom due to that!

AFAIK gamestation is owned by blockbuster.

Gamestation is now owned by Game. Blockbuster sold them a couple of months ago if I recall correctly.
