Does anyone know any good interview tips or websites which may help, i have been reading up on the company what they do etc.. and trying to think of questions which they may ask such as what your strenghts & weaknesses and what im going to ask ?

I have just had an interview this morning.

    They asked the standard questions.

describe a situation where you excelled
Describe a situation where you failed what you did to make sure it wouldnt happen again
Describe a situation where you worked well in a team.

I got the interview through an agency and they gave the advise to just be yourself. Easier said than done though when your feeling nervous lol

yeah think it was possibly my thread there were some good suggestions in it.
Be prepared - get everything ready the night b4, know where you are going and how long its going to take in worse case senario.
I read a really good book by Dr Rob Young about interviews it was called something like (guide to successfull interviews - very basic title whatever it was) and that was really good it had loads of questions in but ways of "defending yourself" from questions that were negative. One thing i learned from it is always try and put a posative spin of things.

    Permanently confused

I would also recommend doing a bit of research of the company you were applying for as well. So when they come back at you with, do you have any questions you can then make them think abit as well. (Really depends on the job your going for - but questions on new contracts / merges between companies normally work the best/ 'Were does the company see itself in x years' / etc..)
