But crap jokes aside, Saving Private Ryan is an amazing film. Its probably the only film that got me 'all emotional' just on the strength of the battle scenes, rather than any sort of touchie, feely stuff. My heart was pumping ten to the dozen during the D-Day opening, and that bit when the Yank is carrying a bomb to stick on the tank and it blows up killing him, then another GI tries again, I did that thing where you screw your face up, hunch your shoulders and can't stand the anticipation of it.
Like - get that bomb on the tank and get the **** out of there!!1!!
And it was touching at the end.
Quality movie; the definition of a rollercoaster ride of a movie.
Terminator 2!, Wayne's World...
oh and Back to the Future

hmm that's a hard one....
Thunderbirds ? Nah only kidding, probably a bond film, but as of a few days quite possibly the Simpson's movie!
probably one of the few i own (hot fuzz, evil dead, men in tights) or matrix, shaun of the dead, or anything funny. and i liked school of rock (jack black, of course)
but also liked top gun (the air cadet's film!)
on that note, who sings 'take my breath away'?
