And dont call him shirley.
If it were real he would be in deep shirt. The placenta is normally neatly constrained by the uterus, which is big and fat and muscular and full of blood. When an ectopic pregnancy occurs away from the uterus (and they sometimes do) the placenta acts like a plant in poor soil; it spreads out it's roots as far as possible in order to find nourishment.
In a man's belly this would mean that it would probably end up expanding to the size of a dinner plate and embedding it's villi into the gut and it's blood supply, possibly the liver or the hepatic blood supplym and just possibly the aorta.
If that didn't provoke a massive and fatal failure, trying to loosen the thing at birth would do it. The guy would haemorrhage to death either really quickly, or like emptying a bucket.

I thought I smelt something fishy when reading this. Anyone with even the most basic knowledge of the body would suspect a wind up.
This is proof that people are gullible and expect a Nigerian with dodgy grammer and spelling, your email address, to be waiting at Heathrow with a wheel barrow full of cash.
However, it is an interesting question with regards to growing a new human being. I personally think that in the far future we will be able to do all sorts of things with regard to our biological forms that will allow us to become even more amazing than we are now. Male pregnacy (or growing kids in a vat!) wouldn't surprise me.
