£100 a month but i live at home
£320 a month. Housing Association three bedroom semi with large gardens in a picture postcard village.
I am never going to give this place up it is a great place for the children.
I can't remember exactly what mine is. Mortgage is about the 250 mark though.
I bought almost 5 years ago just before eveything went really silly in Aberdeen.
Our mortgage is around £800pcm now, we're on a tracker so its not been a good couple of months considering the recent interest rate rises. I split this with the missus though - she pays £300 or so.
What we share with everyone is glum, and dark...
Some peoples mortgage is cheaper than my rent at home..
Now thats depressing
About £770 for a 2-bed semi in North Bristol.
Cheers,
Stephen
£375 Per month, all bills bar phone/broadband included. In an awesome place.
This is why I dont have a Mortgage. It would be throwing money ayay for 2 reasons:
I am saving far more that I would be putting away after interest is deducted in a Mortgage and house prices are overdue a correction. I'll buy after that.
"In a perfect world... spammers would get caught, go to jail, and share a cell with many men who have enlarged their penises, taken Viagra and are looking for a new relationship."
£475 here, I got in just before the interest rates went mental on a 10 year old 2 bedroom semi. Nice place, only a little bit more expensive than renting, however we're on a 35 year rather than 25 year plan to keep the costs down initially.
£240/mth for a one bedroom council/housing association flat. Plenty of space and storage for my "toys", parking and a new kitchen fitted last week! The rent is regulated so I'm unlikely to be overcharged. Okay so I'll never own it unless a "right to buy" scheme crops up but I'm more than content with it.
