    Long Jeans?

Anyone know where's good for buying long jeans? Places like Energie/French Connection/River Island all do really short jeans, so even the 34" leg looks like it's taken a trial seperation from my shoes...I like to have a respectable amount of bunching above the shoe, definately none of this flying at half mast sock showing business....

And if anyone can suggest somewhere that does a good pair of boot cut in a long leg, well done to you.

And anyone who puts forth the opinion that baggy, half way down your arse jeans are best will be first against the wall when the revolution comes. You have no dress sense. Please retire from public life until you realise what belts are for.

    thanks

    Re: Long Jeans?

How tall are you? I'm 5'11 and a river island medium hits the floor enough to be annoying. I find the John Rocha stuff at debenhams to be pretty long too.

    Re: Long Jeans?

6'3" .... I might be wrong about RI, it's been a long time since I checked there...talking three-four years...might be worth taking another look....Don't really go to debenhams either, but I'll take a look if I get the chance.

    Re: Long Jeans?

Well if you weren't showing off being 6'3" you wouldn't have this problem.

    Grow up. (figurative not literal)

EDIT - Or maybe ask Big Leon? He is the tall.

    Re: Long Jeans?

Actualy the last pair I got were too long for my legs and I had to get them altered. From BrownBag and not very cheap, but very nice dark Armanis. Would fit even deformed lanksters.

    I'll dig out a link.

Maybe summat like this - http://www.bbclothing.co.uk/acatalog...=&brand=Armani

    Erm ROFL

Tbh I find that jeans are a PITA to find. I find that if you can find 34" inside leg jeans then that's a great step However I do try every pair on before I buy as the difference from say a pair of Asda jeans to a pair of Burtons ones is vast.

The last pair of jeans I bought (that fitted) were from M&S.

    Edit: Just thought I'd add I'm 6' 5"

I buy 34 long jeans which are 34" legs - I'm 6'1" and that leaves a good few inches to play with (fnnarrr)

Yeah, I'm particularly fussy about my jeans....I blame it on growth spurts as a kid and cheap parents, which meant as often as not my trousers looking like three quarter length shorts.

I've had a great couple of pairs which have lasted me for years, but are now starting to show their age....they're so good that I doubt I'll find anything comparable, but I really need something new....Stuff from those big and tall shops tend to just cater to the height or girth of the customer, and leave style and fashion to other brands...

    Re: Long Jeans?

34" doesn't seem that long to me. I hadn't thought they would be that hard to find.

but obvuously, what do i know.

I'm a 32-32 generally. Most of my jeans are from Gap.

    Re: Long Jeans?

I had difficulty finding jeans in a 34 leg, but Levi's do them, which is what I went for. I'm not very tall, 5' 11" , but I'm not overly fond of showing of my underwear, so I'd rather have trousers that fit me

I used to have great difficulty finding 28/34, but now I've started a student diet, 31/34 are easier to find....

    Re: Long Jeans?

Im 6'2 and wear 34" long jeans

For cheapness- Topmans bootcut jeans have got a very generous length
For really good jeans- Diesel. They fit very well, as you would expect really.
