4am - 6pm (13 1/4 paid hours working (breaks unpaid)) is a fair bit harder on Chrismtas Eve, done it 3 years running now for the week before Christmas

that and I often work 11 hour shifts when I go to work, more money after all

No, i know, i didnt get a great deal from my mum & dad, (help toward car insurance was about it) my point was the means testing is completly backwards. In this guys case he also got all his tuition fees paid & the maximum loan amount as they only means test the one parent, this is despite his dad paying his rent, phone bill & car insurance all the way through uni.
