Very useful, copying to BH and sticking it for a few days so everyone gets a chance to read it

    Thanks

    Great article

    I loved this part

As of time of writing, 18th of January, I am still waiting for my replacement monitor. So I ask you Overclockers, have you respected my consumer rights and maybe more importantly, have you respected me as a customer?

It would be nice to see how OcUK respond and quickly sort out a replacement monitor after they have read that article.

    Well Done Peter Bridger

It would be nice to see OcUK change their policies, but unfortunately after many years of bad press, their poor service continues. Still, they lost this customer a long time ago.

I hear they're deleting all references of it on their forums, which is amusing, because when the Inq had an article about the latest Gfx cards and linked to OcUK they couldn't stop raving about it.

surely there's something that can be done? perhaps set one of those 'rouge traders' type watchdog programs after them.
failing that we could find out where they are, aquire ourselves some baseball bats and..."play a game of baseball"...with them?

You don't know where they are? It's a dingy business park in Stoke.

    WTF MiggyMan???? I cant remember

To be fair to OCuK, the article is more about your rights, they where just an example. As Agent said in the other thread all companies do have thier problems. For your rights it is a bloddy good article! I'l certainly be saving it for reference if anything goes wrong.
