I think I can, but maybe I'm just kidding myself! My girlfriend seems to think I dress well so I must be at least halfway there.
I think im pretty good at colour co-ordinating, hell im doing graphic design, i bloody should be.
Please.
Please chaps, don't wear black on black. Just, don't do it. And definately don't wear a black shirt and then a light tie. In fact, don't wear a tie that's lighter than your shirt unless you're definitely sure of it.
And don't wear matching shirt and tie combos, otherwise you look like Chris Tarrant. And that's not a good thing.
White shirts are ok, but only if you're going for the 1950's FBI/IBM kind of look, which worked for Tom Hanks in Catch Me If You Can, but then he was a 1950's FBI guy, so go figure. Don't wear them with "crazy" patterned ties. In fact, don't wear crazy patterned ties.
Don't get me started on short sleeved shirts....
The Caped Crusader :-)
Apparently I've a good eye for colour, most the comments about any art work I do seem to be on how good the colours work, but I'm not sure if this translates to clothing for me, I've an interview tomorrow and I'm wearing a black shirt, black trousers and maybe a gunmetal coloured tie, I guess they go.
In the internets, no one can hear you sarcasm.
I dunno, I can either get it reasonably right, or terribly wrong. Usually the former. Taking female mates clothes shopping is probably the best practice, as otherwise I'm lost (funny how the sense of direction thing works for men everywhere except in shops....)
That was only as I came straight from a previous engagement and I was debating whether or not to get changed on the train but I thought there might have been some ladies there so I left it as I was...
Turns out the BBQ was a sausage-fest.... quite literally he had to throw a load away lol

^ Yea, I've tried to pull a superman before, only to be caught wearing not a whole lot
everything I buy is a nice bland colour so it all looks fine together. Go me xD
I never go shopping with women as they like to do what I call the "bee" method of shopping, flitting from shop to shop only to return to the first shop and purchase the 3rd item they tried on and they ALWAYS try to make us fella's do this as well.
When I go it is planned with SAS like precision. I'm in the shop, grabbing the item and walking to the tills within 2 minutes flat.
Speaking of shopping... I need some more baggy skate style pants for winter as they don't half keep you warm, plus they are uber comfy
