I know exactly how you feel. My lazy/noisey hosuemates piss me off a lot when I have a shed load of work on and they do nowt to help! Its always worse when the missus wants some attention too. I try to spend more time doing my work in uni now because I can't concentrate on it in my house.

Hah, I never thought of running a bath. Mind you don't fall asleep and drown yourself though!

Yeah, if you're winding down for the evening, a nice joint and a few beers goes down a treat.

Not so good if you have stuff to do. If you're stressed out in the day and need to clear your head, I find some vigorous exercise sorts me out. Takes your concentration away from what ever you're worrying about, and gets your blood pumping so you're a bit more alive. After that you should go and look at your problem with a fresh view.

    Re: Ways to relax

I go for a run when i'm stressed or when i need to dome work, it takes all the agression and angst out of me letting me get on with some work. If i'm too tired to do work after a run then i put some d&b on to liven things up

    Re: Ways to relax

I find going for a drive down a back road listening to some music pretty relaxing, especially if there isnt much on the road or anything like late at night for example.

Yeah. Haven't listened to 1 all the way through for a good 5 years though.
