Yes - you can just go to your local post office and ask for some They are usually free of charge too, as it saves them time at the post office if your going to bag/price everything up in advance.

Some local POs don't have them though, so you might have to go to your main post office. You can also get recorded delivery stickers and the actual special delivery stickers if you ask.
