Not so! What I do is take the parts of Christmas that are heavily comercialised and use them to simply have at least one time a year where other people come before me.

I have nothing to do with going to Church, singing Christmas carols, sending cards that have any religious themes and so on.

Absolutely no difference to my friends, who believe in other religions who also do a similar thing.

Lucio, the correct answer to that question should have been that xmas has nowt to do with Christianity as its really a pagan mid winter festival that has been celebrated round these parts for millenia. Nobody needs to make excuses for xmas, I don't believe in Lent but in the spirit of this thread I think I will give up heroin, cheesey wheelbarrows and extreme ironing.
