Strangling goats...
Failing that, exercise seems to perk me up. Usually if I'm in a moochy mood it's because I've not been for a run or gone to the gym in a day or two anyway so training of any sort seems to help me.
Playing "The Downward Spiral" full blast normally cheers me up

"Ladies and Gentlemen, take my advice: Pull down your pants and slide on the ice"
Playing an online game such as counter-strike just makes it worse. Infact it could probably start the bad mood!
I could play my guitar, but don't want to
I could go for a jog, but don't want to
I've just been forced to go clean up the kitchen...which doesn't help

Oooooooooooooooooh yeah!
Laughter is the best way to recover. You will find if you laugh a lot you will not get into 'bad moods' in the first place.
I usually just jump in my car and find an area I know is safe (off the main roads and, usually industrial estates where nobody is in the evenings) and just generally drive like an idiot.
Although I've stopped doing that alot I just tend to drive around till I've forgotten why I was angry.
I do agree with talking with friends, but half of them don't want to talk to me these days so thats sadly not an option for me anymore.
If I'm really down about something then I find the best thing to bring me out of that is stroking my cat, she's so soft and warm and you can stroke her till she's purring like mad and after doing that for a while I forget what made me depressed in the first place.
I just tend to grab my coat and sit in the garden for 5-10 mins sprawled out on the chair gazing towards the sky looking at the stars with headphones plugged in and some random mp3's playing.
That and a good ol' whinge on MSN usually works
Longboards - in my mid 30s now but I have yet to find a better way to relax than skating...
What we share with everyone is glum, and dark...
I watched some jack dee and went out with a few mates to the pics
Good times, got me away from the PC and I laughed hard!
