    Re: sugar?

milk is packed wih sugar anyhow, mainly lactose but other types as well.

but id be more woried about recombinant bovine growth hormone (-rBGH), that is also in milk, butter, chese ect, then the amount of sugar.

Wow. How do the machines work? Does it just mash up the wheat stuff and mold it?

butter? philly? ooer, trés continental.... never would occur to me to try these, I stick to the 'serving suggestions', lol. guess I have no imagination.

sugar for me.. (just a soupçon) & get it down you quickly before mushiness sets in.

    Re: sugar?

Yeah I always have sugar on it...... but the sugar always has to be put on after the milk or it all gets washed off and thats just pointless. And then u get gritty milk at the end.... and thats just horrible.

    Re: sugar?

Its got to be milk and sugar, and eaten only at the exact moment when they have softened up so that they don’t turn to dust in your mouth and before they have lost all molecular integrity!!

I pour on the milk, put a small amount of sugar on top, and then add loads of chopped dried fruit. Awesome breakfast.

    Re: sugar?

it's gotta be 4 weetabix, milk, let it sit for a minute or 2, then wolf it down!
no sugar, no butter, no philly, no fruit!

nothing but the bow, milk, weetabix and a spoon!

why do you want to cover it in juice from a cows mammery?

i would'nt drink anything that came out of my girlfriend's tits let alone a fat beast that sits in its own do-do.

the way forward here is Gravy or if you have a sweet tooth black treacle
