    Re: sugar?

No sugar, no weetabix. Can't stand them. Used to have them, with about three tablespoons of sugar across the top, until I realised that after the addition of milk you have exactly 0.25 seconds to consume them before they turn into cold porridge. If I wanted to eat cold porridge I'd move to live with my Aunt Mave in Dundee.

it doesn't go so soggy if you don't use sugar.. i think it speeds up the process of 'mushification'

someone should sooooo go and make a 6 biscuit bowl of weetabix right now and photo themselves eating it!

    i dare ya!!!!

(remember.. fruit bowl is good if you need the room in the bowl! )

Since you have had 5 before, it makes logical sense for you to go on and eat 6. I have only ever had 2 before so jumping to 6 would probably give me a heart attack.

    Re: sugar?

Okay, to buck the system once again, I dislike Weetabix if they're still crunchy. The cold porridge texture is kind of something I aim for on the rare occasions I eat the things.

I'm pretty sure I've 'done 5' too. Then again, I don't find 32 oz steaks much of a challenge. [Swaggers off, pretending to be manly]

Everyone says that but once they've tried it they stop complaining

It's just like using the weetabix as a posh packed pre-packed ready-brek.

    Re: sugar?

No sugar for me. I really don't like them when they turn to porridge either, so its kind of tricky but doable. Unfortunately the Weetabix they sell in the US are not quite the same as the European variety, made under license or something like that. It's surprising how noticeable tiny differences are.

Butter and jam on mine please. Yum, yum

If I do have them with milk it's usually warm milk and with sugar.

    Re: sugar?

Made a bad mistake last month when Tesco had sold out of both Weetabix and their own-brand 'Healthy living' alternative. All they had left was some ''value' breakfast biscuits'. OK, they were cheap, but as far as eating them? Salty sawdust with added grit! (and adding sugar didn't make them edible...)
