The company I bought the wheels from have offered a full refund but not my postage and I also must pay for the postage back. Thats in total about £120.

If they said in a basic form that two wheels where bubbling but in reality 3 wheels where bubbling, should I take them to small claims over the postage?

Have you tried Citizens advice yet? I would threaten them with the small claims court too.

I think it's about time Ebay became more active and compliant in disputes !

The amount of times you hear about them on TV having nothing to do with complaints, and even obvious fraud and deception !

I have had a few dealings with them when people tried to rip me off and I found Ebay mainly ignorant and self important !
