I just had this E-Fag thing delivered. No idea where it came from, so I just binned it.

When I stopped smoking I went cold turkey, no patches, no gum, no e-Fags, no rubber tobacco, no hypnotist, no selling of soul to the devil.
Its the best way really. 48 hours of misery, and then the worst is over with and you start to feel better.
Why drag that 48 hours out over a longer period?
Just cold turkey it you puff. If you'd gone cold turkey from monday, your cravings wouldn't be bad enough now to consider running down to the shops for a ciggie.
